David Caveda has been licensed to practice law in Florida since 1992. David’s practice areas include Marital and Family Law, Divorce, Child Custody, Mediation, Military Divorce, Real Estate, Personal Injury, and Guardianship.
David has extensive experience in representing clients in contested family law matters, including mediations, hearings and trials. He is a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association and its Family Law Section. David is also a member of the Family Law Section of the American Bar Association and its Military Law Committee.

Joy Demas has been licensed to practice law in Florida since 1999.
Joy is a member of The Florida Bar and the Clearwater Bar Association and currently focuses her practice areas on family law, estate planning, and representing veterans with disability claims before the Department of Veteran’s Administration.
Trisha Weed has been licensed to practice law in Florida since 2003.
She graduated from the University of Florida in 1998 and received her law degree from Stetson University College of Law in 2003. Trisha’s practice areas include Marital and Family Law, Divorce, Child Custody, and Military Law.
